About Us

We are a Kent based event catering company with a Pop Up Restaurant and Event Residency at The Dreys.

The company was founded in 2019 but our owners cooking story can be traced back to 1994, 30 years ago.

During this time we have built up strong relationships with local suppliers and producers.  This allows us to bring you the best of Kent's wonderful Food & Drink scene.

We use a select few local suppliers that we have been working with for over 20 years.  They understand our needs and source the best products for us to use.  

The best of the seasons are used where possible.  Taking advantage of the wealth of Kentish produce.  Cutting down on food miles and maximising on quality ingredients.
